Account

Although you can order as a guest, having an account will enhance your shopping experience by keeping you up to date with newsletters, storing your billing/shipping information and ensuring faster checkouts.

To create your very own House of Faiza Online Account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click hereto create an account.
  2. Fill in the required fields
  3. Click on “Sign Up”.

 the event of a forgotten password, simply:

  1. Click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the sign in page, or click here.
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click on the link sent to you in your email address
  4. Enter your new password

Go to “My Account”, click on ‘View Addresses’ and then click on “edit”, where you’ll now be able to enter your new address.

Your order history will be available under Dashboard on your Account page.

Payment

Debit/Credit Card (Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX)

 

In case of a payment failure, make sure that the payment information you have provided is accurate. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally reimbursed to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on clothing@fitsquad.uk with your order number for any clarification.

Yes, it is possible to use a different address for billing purposes. Simply check the ‘Use a different billing address’ option under the ‘Billing Address’ tab on the checkout page.
To redeem a promotional code, simply type in or copy the code into the ‘Gift card or discount code’ text bar on the checkout page

Once you have added all your desired items to your shopping cart, follow these instructions:

To order as a guest :

  1. Click on the “Shopping Cart” button and proceed to Checkout
  2. Enter all your required shipping and billing information
  3. Click on “Continue to Shipping Method” and choose your shipping method
  4. Click on “Continue to Payment Method” and choose your payment method
  5. Review all information. Products, Shipping Address, Billing Address and Payment Details
  6. Click on “Pay Now’ and check your email for the order confirmation
  7. Click on ‘Confirm Order’ and check your email for a Order Confirmation

To order with a FIT SQUAD CLOTHING  :

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the “Shopping Cart” button and proceed to Checkout
  3. Click on “Continue to Shipping Method” and choose your shipping method
  4. Click on “Continue to Payment Method” and choose your payment method
  5. Review all information. Products, Shipping Address, Billing Address and Payment Details
  6. Click on “Pay Now’ and check your email for the order confirmation

 

 

 

An order confirmation email is a soft receipt which should be emailed to you within an hour of placing your order. If you didn’t receive one to your inbox, check your junk/spam folder. If it still isn’t there, please contact us via clothing@fitsquad.uk

No – items will only be reserved once you have confirmed your order at checkout.

Most of our products have dispatch information in the product page. Please check the product page for up to date dispatch dates.
